+Wall sandwich panels are used to clad the walls of production halls, as well as industrial, office and public buildings. They consist of two steel sheet claddings filled with insulation. The Rozbud offer includes wall sandwich panels with a polyurethane foam core, which have excellent parameters in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation, and are also flame-retardant. They are also distinguished by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.
The Rozbud offer includes wall sandwich panels in various sizes. The core thickness can be 50, 60, 80, 100 or even 120 mm.
The exact parameters depend on the structure and thickness of the component. The heat transfer coefficient Uc [W/m2K]for standard wall panels is: 50 mm – 0.46; 60 mm – 0.38; 80 mm – 0.29; 100 mm – 0.23; 120 mm – 0.19. For panels with concealed fastening, the values are as follows: 60 mm – 0.41; 80 mm – 0.3; 100 mm – 0.23; 120 mm – 0.20.
